If a child is in immediate danger, do not use this form, call 000 or your local police.

This form should only be used for reporting concerns to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation about inappropriate behaviour towards children that you find online. For example:

- adults making online contact with a child under 18 with the intention of facilitating a sexual relationship; or
- an adult accessing, sending or uploading sexualised material depicting a child under 18.

The eSafety Commissioner is able to remove inappropriate content found online such as images of children that you find disturbing.
